the prop should be dynamically balanced. This is done by taking
measurements
while the engine is running, with the spinner, spinner bulkhead,
centrifugal and
thrust loads on the propeller. There is simply no better way to achieve

out of balance propeller can cause a host of problems from exhaust
cracking, to oil cooler leaks, to engine and airframe damage. If the
prop
is significantly out of balance it robs horsepower and creates noise
